There’s something to be said about a sense of belonging, whether it’s with your loving partner, or a group of ladies with like-minded interests, who’re the best friends ever. So, I’ll try to make this post short and sweet.

Regarding The Authors’ Billboard and Our Sisterhood: We applaud each other’s triumphs (and there are many), offer heartfelt comfort and empathy when we’re experiencing life’s downward slides or chaos and, as a community, we all have each other’s backs.

About Social Media: I’ve met some darn fine people over the course of my journey through social media, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t say so. My dearest hope is I will have the honor of meeting all of you individually someday. So, let’s start planning!

About the human condition, in particularly my man: I am That Person who was glad to see 2018 depart. I’d hoped 2019 would bring less sorrow and more joy for my hubby, but it doesn’t look too promising. Even so, I’m extremely grateful how my sisterhood has supported my man and me during these last trying months.
