After the madness of running around for work and the business of life, plus the heat in these parts, it’s easy to be frazzled and exhausted at the end of each day.
I’ve been trying to slow down and do less than I’ve been doing. But what has made the most difference is living in each moment, without worrying about later or tomorrow.
I’ve realized that we spend so much time outside of the present moment we’re in that sometimes we can’t enjoy what’s in front of us now.
It’s okay to plan, but not to stress and obsess about things we can’t change. It’s also good to take some time each day to breathe, empty our minds, and decompress. By spending quiet time, we come to realize that nothing we stress about is as important as we make it out to be. So, be sure to schedule some quiet time each day. You won’t regret it.
And speaking of time. Check out these friends who take a very long time to find what they were both looking for … https://microlinks.io/TheShortGame
