The Beauty of … Nature @josieriviera, #mgtab

I love this time of year. The earth is emerging warm and bright after winter. Only a couple weeks ago, the trees in my yard were brown and leafless. Now there’s a wide variety of green shades, and far too many to count.

The breeze is warm and the days are longer. The sweet smell of fresh-cut grass fills the air.

Also, many familiar creatures have returned to frequent my yard. Just this week I have seen dozens of different birds at their feeders or lining the deck rails waiting for their turn.

Bumblebees and butterflies are gracing us with their presence too.

I love to explore nature and enjoy seeing wildlife in their natural habitats.

  1. I love this time of year especially love the longer days. All the flowers and everything looks so green it’s a real joy to witness.

  2. I have been enjoying the wildlife, too. Birds, squirrels, and butterfies are in abundance. I live in a neighborhood with a year round population of geese and ducks, and am enjoying watching the adults parade across the lawns with their cute goslings and ducklings trailing behind.
