Yes, you read that right. I released sixteen new books in 2018!! Talk about shocking myself!
I set a goal for myself to release twelve. One book a month. Most were going to be novellas. What I forgot was I had several series going and I couldn’t put them on the backburner either. Like most authors, we get attached to the families we write about and they were screaming in my head to let them out.
My sixteenth book will be released on December 18th. Winter Love.
Most of the books for the year were novellas that were part of the Love Collection. Nine of them to be exact. Each book is only 99 cents or can be read for free on Kindle Unlimited. And each book is a stand alone story of love, romance, and happy ever after. You can read them in any order that you want.
Five of the books that were released were part of my Fierce Five Series. I’ve really come to love this family! So much so, in 2019, I decided to expand it to the Fierce Family with all their cousins. It’s a big family and will take some time, but I’m thrilled to get it started.
I also released one book from my All Series and one from my Lake Placid Series. I can’t seem to let these families go either, so in 2019, I’m going to revisit them and put a book or two out for them too.
Will I release sixteen books in 2019 again? My guess is no. Most of the books I’m going to focus on will be novels for my series, which take longer to write. That being said, I’d still like to release a book a month next year and once I set a goal for myself… I almost always achieve it!!
