Focus is defined as a central point of attention. What we consistently focus on and put our attention to expands takes or gives energy whether positively or negatively. If we focus on sickness or disease, we will tend to manifest sickness or disease. If we focus on health and well-being, we increase our energy and strength.
How is my attitude and energy? The answer to this question will show where our focus is directed.
We need to focus our attention on the things we desire to achieve, and maintain that focus.
Focusing on the present moment is important because it is the only moment when we have power over making a change. It is important to be aware of our weaknesses and work on improving them, but it is crucial to focus on our strengths, for it is our strengths that will lead us to success and fulfillment.

Look at what you can start doing now! Wherever you place your focus gives meaning to the focus, and drives emotion. Instead of looking at the irrelevant and negative details of life, count the many blessings of your life.
